I heard that some TI-Processors don’t allow changing some Bits within a byte-lane (e.g. least significant bit D0, D8…). Just for double check here, is it allowed with our used AM4376 to change/swap every Bit (D0-D7) (D8-D15) ?

Hi,

For AM437x devices it is recommended to have prime bit i.e. bit0 of the related byte not swapped. Other bits related to the same byte can be swapped for ease of routing.

I want to make it sure. do you mean for Byte-lane0, only bit0 should not be swapped while bit1~bit7 can be swapped freely.
and so does Byte-lane1(bit8 not allowed to swap, bit9~bit15 allowed)

and what about Byte-lane0 as a group swaps with Byte-lane1?

Yes, this is allowed, just make sure you swap the corresponding DQS and DQM signals as well.
