Linux/PROCESSOR-SDK-AM335X: Beaglebone is not able to boot from SD Card

Hi,

I am using beaglebone black. It has already loaded with OS in eMMC, and it is booting from there.

I tried the step for switching boot process from eMMC to uSD card from this .

But Second LED is failed to blink.

How can I boot from SD card.

Is there any other way.

Hello,

It seems that you are using Debian. If yes, Debian is not supported by TI. Please direct your questions to the community at www.beagleboard.org .

But if you are using PSDK please refer the below guides:

Hi Margarita,

I did not followed full step.

Insert the microSD card into the slot on the back of the BeagleBone Black. Make sure the BeagleBone Black is powered down, and unplugged from the power source. Hold down the USER/BOOT button and apply power, either by the USB cable or 5V adapter. You should see two of the blue lights come on. At this point you can let go of the User Boot button.

This step is used for booting from SD Card.

The OS in emmc is booting again and again.

Why it will not change booting sequence even if we press boot button.

How to bypass the booting to SD Card.
