I get the following error messages during vxVerifyGraph in OpenVX. How do I fix this issue?

VX_ZONE_ERROR:[ownContextSendCmd:553] Command ack message returned failure cmd_status: -1

VX_ZONE_ERROR:[ownNodeKernelInit:486] Target kernel, TIVX_CMD_NODE_CREATE failed

VX_ZONE_ERROR:[ownGraphNodeKernelInit:583] kernel init for node 0, kernel <target kernel namel> ... failed !!!

VX_ZONE_ERROR:[vxVerifyGraph:2010] Node kernel init failed

VX_ZONE_ERROR:[vxVerifyGraph:2064] Graph verify failed

The OpenVX vxVerifyGraph API is used to perform several operations on an OpenVX graph, such as validation on the objects within an OpenVX graph as well as perform memory allocation necessary for the OpenVX graph. This particular issue is caused by an error in the create callback of the target kernel <target kernel name>. Each target kernel has a set of callbacks (create, process, delete) that are registered with the framework. When there is an error in the create callback, it is often due to memory allocation failing or a call to a driver failing. It is recommended to add additional debug logging within the create callback to trap these errors.
