AM5728: am5728 evm uart boot

HI,

I am trying to boot AM5728 evm using uart.I refered standard uart boot document which is available on net from Ti. And i refered followiing threads-

But still i am facing issues in uart boot. As indicated in the document i am using perl to load u-boot-spl.bin and ymodem from teraterm to load u-boot.img.

u-boot-spl.bin and u-boot.img are attached

i am able to load u-boot-spl.bin using perl afterwords i am not getting ccccccc insted processor is sending some junk characters.

i am trying to load u-boot.img but it is not getting loaded..
