This is in regards to TI part# TMS320C6748EZWTD4. Customer is planning to use this part in a NPI Program and is a ROHS part.

 

Could you please suggest any non ROHS alternate for this part? If not would you be able to provide this part as reballed.

    Hi Saurabh,

    I am not sure I understand the question correctly. Are you looking for a version of the part that is not ROHS compliant? TI is dedicated to providing parts that meet the existing industry compliance standards including ROHS.  We don't have any other versions for this part.  We also do not provide reballing services within the company.  You would have to go to an assembly house that provides that type of service.
