Hi,
I've created this thread clicking at "Ask a related question" at this thread titled "CCS/TMS320C6713B: Error gmake: *** [C:/Program Files (x86)/Data Translation/DT9840 Series/Examples/EXAMPLE1/DSP/Release/dt9841_6713cfg.obj] Error 1" linked under this message.
I found this problem compiling my DSK6416 project, which compiled without errors with 7.4.4 and 7.4.14 compiler installed under CCS 5.5. I've updated the compiler to version 7.4.24 and I hav found in the log:

I've downloaded all available 7.4.XX versions of CGTools and the project compiles fine with 7.4.21, 7.4.22, 7.4.23 but the compilation fails with 7.4.24
