AM65x cannot use Dynamic Voltage Scaling (DVS) because it only supports one static OPP voltage over the lifetime of the device, but it can use Dynamic Frequency Scaling (DFS).

The older PSDK (6.x) does not support frequency scaling at runtime, but it seems that RFC patches are available to enable it.
