I am getting the following error when running the TIDL apps, specifically the vx_app_tidl_seg app, with Processor SDK 7.1:

 0.16s:  VX_ZONE_ERROR:Enabled
 0.17s:  VX_ZONE_WARNING:Enabled

    Please apply the attached patch to "vision_apps" to fix this issue.
