I don't see your CAPT_Userconfig.c and .h files?  Did you attach them with the "insert file" icon?

And if possible your gerber files for the PCB.  You can do a friend request to me so you can share any proprietary information safely.

For EFT, using more de-bounce is usually the most helpful.  This is actually better than using more filtering.  Smaller count beta and higher denounce is your friend.  Over sampling is also helpful as it will lessen the impact of one sample getting corrupted and limit it to that sample vs IIR where you are the effect for a few samples.

 I would say, see if you can try debounce-in  >=2 to see if that fixes it, and make sure you don’t have “more sensitivity” than you need in terms of count and threshold.
