Is Micron the only approved LPDDR2 vendor ?
We wish to support 512Mb on our TI based design. Ideally with
a single device to make our PCB layout cleaner.
Is there such a device ? Having a hard time locating a single device
with this density in LPDDR2 (256 Meg x 16). Even the TI official AM335x
board uses 2 of the 128 Meg x 16 components. The trace length matching,
etc. are making the layout more complex.
Is Micron the only approved LPDDR2 vendor ?
