playing AVI files using decode application

hi, can anybody tell me how can we play avi file (video in h264) using the DVSDK decode application? Our application is heavily based on decode application so cannot use gstreamer. Also, what other container formats (h264 video only) might be more compatible with the decode application. We are using dm368 processor.

HI Anand,

DM36x decoder needs elementary H264 streams. You need to have AVI parser to extract h264 stream from AVI. Get the AVI parser from gstreamer or IPNC software and integrate to your system.

Can you please suggest me which AVI parser would be the most easier to integrate with the decode application? Also how can i get access to IPNC software?
