AM4379: IBIS Model incorrect values

Part Number: AM4379

Our customer wants to use the IBIS model below, but the IBIS model seems incorrect.

RLC definitions seem incorrect. Especially L and C show very small values.

I checked in more detail and it does indeed appear to be an issue in generating the correct units for the RLC of the nets.

Resistance in the model is off by 1E-03 as compared to the actual value

Inductance in the model is off by 1E-09 as compared to the actual value

Capacitance in the model is off by 1E-12 as compared to the actual value

There is also an issue with the sign of the mutual capacitance.

I will look into getting the .ibs model fixed.

Our customer wants to simulate using the IBIS model immediately.

How soon will the fixed IBIS model be released?

Unfortunately, the file is too large to share here. Would you pl provide me with your FAE contact at TI and I will engage with them to deliver the IBIS model to you.
