AM5728: PCI bus enumeration problem

Hi!

I'm running Linux 4.14.40-g4796173fc5 on a custom AM5728 based board with two PCIe controllers. Second PCIe controller is connected to a PEX bridge 10b5:8605 and three Intel I210 controllers but they are not present on the bus and it seems that the PEX bridge is not configured properly (Primary/Secondary/Subordinate buses = 0). I've reconfigured the bridge manually with setpci and rescanned the PCI bus but nothing happened. Can you please advice how to fix bus enumeration?
