DRA718: MT41K512M16VRP-107 IT:P Twin die DDR3L RAM

Part Number: DRA718

Hi all 

We are using MT41K512M16VRP-107 IT:P in our TI DRA718 board. We would require gel file and the u-boot parameters that are user calculated for doing DDR3 RAM initialisation in SPL. 

We checked the data sheet of the part number - ddr3l_8gb_x16_twindie_v00h_it.pdf. We tried to use EMIF_RegisterConfig.xlsx - tool from TI. But the datasheet is not having complete information we require to generate the required register entries 

We are following SPRA36e  (AM57x, DRA7x, and TDA2x EMIF Tools) Application Report for the same. We Downloaded the SPRA36e.zip as in the document.

    As per the Tool - EMIF_RegisterConfig.xlsx following information is required to be filled for the DDR3L for the part number mentioned. However, the datasheet - we are unable to find the information to polulate these details. 

    Can you suggest if we need to refer any alternate part detail datasheet - which is simillar to MT41K512M16VRP, where the timing information is simillar to this part number. From the data sheet we have for this part number, seems the timing data is unavailable for us to generate the register information, so we would require your help in populating these by looking to simillar part number as this

    The datasheet for MT41K512M16 has a section called "Description" on the first page which provides the base part number to be used "for specifications not included in this document".

    Please refer to the datasheet of the base part number for the timing information.
