AM3352: AM3352: system reboot after shutdown

Hi,

We use out custome AM3352+TPS65217 board and have the smiliar problem with

When send command "shutdown now", the system will intermittent unintentional reboot and we can find that PMIC_PWR_ON become high.

But from the post, it seems that PMIC_PWR_ON pluse is a normal behavior and it is not related to system reboot.

Is any suggestion to solve this problem?

It is not always reproduced and just happened in randomly.

Dear TI,

Regarding shutdown will cause a auto reboot problem,
Is it possible to provide AM3352 ram dump mechanism to capture the dump image?

Hi Sophie,

I have identified some notes on your schematic as attached, per our recommendations for the TPS65217. However, these recommendations should not change indicate the PMIC_PWR_EN being set high from the processor.

Our HW engineer has updated schematic. There's something you mention is NC (mark "X").

Append new schematic after "HW update schematic" in the original post.
