Hi Vijay,

On the AFE7422EVM, MPSSE interface of FT4232H is configured as SPI of AFE7422. SPI protocol of AFE7422 is described in section 7.3.3.1 of AFE7422 datasheet.

Configuring MPSSE interface is describe in FTDI's documentation. Unfortunately, TI doesn't have documentation or examples on this.

Sorry for the delay in my response.

I think MPSSE is implemented for this interface. I will check with the team that developed this EVM GUI to confirm. Will update you tomorrow.

Hi Vijay KS,

I just got the answer from our EVM GUI development team. AFE74xx GUI uses Synchronous bit-bang mode (not MPSSE) of FT4232H to implement SPI for both AFE74xx and LMK devices.
