As RFICs which is used in 100MHz_BW , 3.9GHz_frequency and DPD controll, I think, there are AFE7799 / AFE7700 / AFE7769.
And please temm me the difference.
Also, please let us know if there is a demo board that include DPD controll IP.

Please go to the TI web and request access to the AFE7769/99 product folder page. The main differences between these devices are the number of PLLs (or LOs) supported for TDD/FDD bands.
