Hello,

I’m trying to re-check an AFE7686EVM evaluation board that we bought more than a year ago. We’re experiencing a show-stopper due to spurs from the AFE. The AFE76xx GUI we have gave us this error:

Can you please help me understand what this error is. Maybe the GUI is out-of-date? There is a link to upgrade the GUI in TI’s user guide (https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/slau759/slau759.pdf?ts=1633031224407&ref_url=https%253A%252F%252Fwww.google.com%252F), but the link is broken as well.

Please see if initializing the script button will help resolve and reset the GUI default so you can start with the configuration

Hi Tien,

could you please check if you can right click and run the software in "administrative mode"?

also, we had set up a laptop PC in your lab a while ago with everything running. Would you be able to locate this pc and run the GUI from there?
