AFE7950: Phase Accuracy Specification

There is a spec for phase accuracy on page 20 of the data sheet.  I’m not sure how to interpret this.

    1. What is accuracy relative to?
    2. Is this the performance of the phase correction mentioned in Par 8.3.2.2, which is not available on the FB channels?
    3. Is there any relationship of this phase accuracy to channel-channel phase tracking?

    Hi Steve,

    a. This is phase accuracy of digital step attenuator. With same input tone, DSA value is changed and phase difference in digital output tone is measured.

    b. Yes. DSA phase calibration is not available for FB channels.

    c. This spec is unrelated to channel- channel phase tracking.
