I am creating a SerDes lineup in Hyperlynx VX.2.11 (Windows 64-bit) Linesim using the Colibri model supplied with our EVM unit.
The TX block seems to work fine, however the RX model is throwing errors. I am using the SERDES IBIS-AMI Batch Wizard to run a Generic COM sim, bit-by-bit, 10 Gsps, PRBS31.
The error states "The model has stopped working. Contact the model provider for assistance. AMI model initialization has failed: Unable to communicate with Rx IBIS-AMI model."
This is also accompanied by a touchstone causality violation warning in the output, but I never get this warning when I use a generic receiver, or a different model of receiver. So even though it is the Xilinx part throwing the warning, I suspect the problem might still be the AFE RX block.

Questions:
1. Is there a more up-to-date IBIS-AMI model? This one is dated from 2016.
2. Do you know what might be causing this issue?
