LM15851: Ultra-Wideband solution map

Depending on how wideband of a solution is needed, we have quite a few options. I think you may have been looking in the wrong place provided that you posted regarding the LM15851 device. This LM15851 samples up to 4GSPS in a divide-by-4 up to divide-by-32 decimation mode, this means the output will be complex format with Fs/4 up to Fs/32 in terms of bandwidth. Therefore, the maximum useful bandwidth for the LM15851 is ~1GHz, but with decimation filter roll-off, this is more likely closer to around 800MHz-850MHz. We have many high speed converters capable of this in terms of instantaneous bandwidth. As a brief example please see ADC12DJ5200RF or ADC32RF55.

Can you please ask the customer to fill in the below details allowing us to make the best selection for their particular application?

We have many ultra-wide band ADCs/receivers to choose from.  Many of these have the DDC like the LM15851 but with bypass option and thus those parts are more export controlled.
