DAC38RF82: What does the "SYSREF_ALIGN_R" register mean ?

Part Number: DAC38RF82

Hi, there :100

I saw the "ALIGN_TO_R1_CNT" & "ALIGN_TO_R3_CNT" in register SYSREF_ALIGN_R in page 42 of data sheet.

I can't find any further explanation, so i don't understand its meaning.

Could you help to explain the "ALIGN_TO_R1_CNT" & "ALIGN_TO_R3_CNT" counters ?

Thanks.

Regards,

Yao-Hua

  • Hi Yao-Hua,

The SYSREF_ALIGN_R register simply counts the number of times the device SYSREF block is in the R1/R3 state. These states are internal to the device and provide no useful information for our customers. As a result, this register can be ignored.
