Switching supply ON/OFF in TRF3711

Hi,

we consider switching on/off supply for TRF3711. What will be an influence of switched supply on the thermal drift of parameters? And what will is the minimal transition time from state off to state on after swithcing on supply?

    Adam:

    If you are considering switching off the power supply to save power then I would suggest to utilize the Chip Enable pin to toggle the device off instead of switching off  the entire powre supply.  The device will come back to a good state and stable within a few microsecond if using the chip enable.   I do not have any data for the transition times when switching on/off the entire power supply to the chip but it will be longer than with the chip enable.
