Please provide the sampling rate and analog input/output frequency. This will help us answer this questions.
Also, for #1, min input RF power, meaning, that is needed to see a signal in the FFT spectrum?

Sampling rate is 1600Msps. Input freq is 2000 MHz.
Yes, at what min. input power, the ADC output FFT output spectrum is clear (i.e.3dB above noise floor)

Hi Akash,
Here are the responses for your questions:
1) We do not have a spec for this but I was able to set this up for one device on our EVM and I was able to capture the data below with the input signal, 2GHz, level set to -90dBm.
2) The Tx max output power is given in the datasheet for different output frequencies.
3) When sampling at 1600MSPS I was getting a ENOB of about 10.5 Bits, see the screenshot above.
