AFE7769EVM: Query regarding Layout of AFE7769D EVM

Hi,
1) Here we have observed few things from AFE7769D EVM board file 
  

For RX side BALUN the signal had routed as 100 ohm Differential upto matching circuit of BALUN. After this the respective signals had routed as 50 single ended signal.


Attached image is from RX BALUN datasheet.
here the Balanced impedance is 50 Ohm

2) We have observed similar case for Feedback side also (BALUN the signal had routed as 100 ohm Differential upto matching circuit of BALUN. After this the respective signals had routed as 50 single ended signal)

Yet We have observed similar case for Feedback side also (BALUN the signal had routed as 100 ohm Differential upto matching circuit of BALUN. After this the respective signals had routed as 50 single ended signal

I would like to know the Reason/Advantage we can get by routing the the signal in manner as in the EVM instead of routing the whole trace as 50 ohm (Single ended) or 100 ohm (Differential)
