AFE7950EVM: Pulsed wave code and related files

Hi Yash,

A custom pattern file that has the data to be sent as DAC chain digital input can be loaded on TSW14J58EVM and sent to AFE7950EVM through JESD204 interface. Is this what you are need for this testing?

Hi Vijay, 

Yes we are looking to do the same. We already sent a continuous wave single-tone 20MHz baseband but now we are looking to send pulsed wave through the same chain. For that we need it's code and required files.

Hi David,

I already replaced the 'filepath' with filepath to the custom tone. Here is the command that I used - 

setupParams.FPGA.sendCustomComplexData(0,'C:\Users\Desktop\Test\10MHz_Tone.txt')

Still I am getting the following error - 

File Doesn't Exist. Please give path

Is there a problem in syntax or some other issue ?

I am generating the custom signal (I Q values) in Matlab, So, please let me know the sampling rate (fs) and maximum sample size for generating the custom signal.

Thanks for the suggestion. We have successfully looped back the Tx and Rx. I transmitted from the board 120MHz Baseband with a carrier of 10GHz (Pulsed) and looped back to the receiver and detected the signal as well. However, if I increase the baseband frequency (say 200MHz) I'm not able to detect. Kindly suggest.

Can you share the plots captured for 120MHz Baseband with carrier 10GHz pulsed. How did you pulse 10GHz, And what is baseband sampling rate?
