Hi TI Team, I have 2 questions:

- Is there a way to get ADC captured datas from a python script in order to post processing ?

- How can I synchronise DATA acquisition with TX sample table start ?

Hi David,

What capture board are you using to capture the ADC data? Is it a TI capture board, TSW14J56/7/8?

The capture board is the TSW14J58EVM.

Hi David,

To save the data from the TSW14J58 you can use the following function in the AFE79xx GUI.

AFE.saveCaptureData(filepath)

I would like to launch the capture and access to the captured data in a python script. The function you propose need to have already a capture done, right ?

Moreover, is there a solution to synchronise Tx and RX ?.

Hi David,

You are correct, the function above requires that the capture already happened. If you would like to do this all through a script then you can add the following function in order to capture data, engine.start=True.

The firmware that is on the TSW14J58 does not have the capability synchronize the sending and capturing the Tx/Rx data.
