Need information on CC2745

Need following information ASAP.

to start with driver development we planned to use CC27XX TI development boards, we are planning to use segger Jlink Pro for debugging and  flashing(attached in below mail chain) . 

Please confirm me whether Segger Jlink Pro supports CC2745 development. if yes let me know is there any license upgrade require for exiting debugger also share me related configuration and tool require to install and configurations.
