TRF7960 RFID Reader with RFID

We are using TRF7960 RFID Reader with RFID tag mifare ultralight c chip (76x46mm). Our application requires the reader to encode the tag repeatedly at the interval of 15min. We are facing issue that some of tag are getting failed during the process.  It is also observed that during the read only process tag is working fine.
