when I used LMX2595 for spectrum analyzer (range 1-3GHz) analysis, I found that frequency doubling occurred in the spectrum below 1.5GHz, which was caused by nonlinear components (diodes) on the circuit board?

Are you saying that for frequencies below 1.5 GHz your output frequency is actually twice the RFout you entered in the GUI?

It is possible you have spurs due to you frequency configuration.
Could you please share your config?

Yes,
If the carrier is 1.3GHz (RFout) then you can expect seeing to see 2.6GHz & 3.9 GHz on the spectrum analyzer given these are the second and third harmonic respectively.
