Some additional explanations from customer that they would like to know if we have any variation data or curve of MAX output power and other transmitter characteristics before and after aging ?

There is another question, will the RF Max Output Power of AFE7799 would change after aging or burn-in ?

Hi Allan,

I do not believe we have specific data related to the TX that we can share with the customer directly. TI does have stringent qualification process for the AFE7799 with 1000 hours minimum of various qualification tests and stress tests to test for MTBF (mean time before failure).

Out of 1014 samples, 0 samples had failed. The testing of this will involve TX as well. Therefore, you can refer the customer to this data for reference.
