Hi Aman,
None of our transceivers have an integrated +20 dBm power amplifier - you would need to include an additional FEM module for this. The maximum output power possible with our transceiver products without an external amplifier is +16 dBm.
Our CC13xx "P" SoC devices have an integrated +20 dBm power amplifier. You can evaluate which of these meet your requirements for cost, flash size, device size, ect.

Most applications at 433 MHz require +10 dBm or +13 dBm due to regulatory requirements, so please double-check your output power needs for this band.
