AFE7950: SERDES IBIS Model loading error

Dear All,

We're facing error in loading IBIS model in Zuken Cadstar 

(line   74) - Parameter file hummingbird_rx.ami not found.
(line   75) - Code file hummingbird_rx_64.dll not found.
(line  251) - Code file hummingbird_tx_64.so not found.
(line  251) - Parameter file hummingbird_tx.ami not found.
(line  252) - Code file hummingbird_tx_64.dll not found.
 
Import of device 'AFE79XABJ' from vendor 'TI'
- Equally named model 'obuf_10_typ_in' is defined in IBIS file 'C:\Users\dbpat\Documents\DESIGNER INFORMATION\AFE79xx_IBIS_models\afe79xx_cmos.ibs'.
Please help us to resolve the issue.

    Hi Abhishek,

    After reviewing the files we found that there was a naming issue which has now been fixed. Please download the IBIS Model that is now available in the secure folder and you should no longer receive this error.

    Hi Abhishek,


    I have verified the new files using the HyperLynx tool and I do not see these errors, so it looks like these may be specific to the tool you are using. 

    Based on the errors you are seeing the Rx_Dj, Rx_Rj, and Rx_Noise parameters should be moved to the 'Reserved Parameters' section of the AMI file. 

    I have made these changes and will be sending you an updated Rx AMI file with these changes through the E2E chat that we have open. 

    Also, are you using a Windows or Linux OS for these simulations?
