One of out customers is looking for the IQ demodulators with following specifications.
- Zero IF : DC to 100 MHz (at least)
- RF and LO: 300 to 1000 MHz
- NF: < 7 dB
- Gain: > 6 dB
- P1dB: > 10 dBm
- IIP2: > 50 dBm
- Image rejection: > 30 dBm
Customer is looking at TRF371109 suitable except the LPF bandwidth which is 15 MHz whereas their requirement is 30 MHz
Kindly suggest if TRF371109 is suitable for this application.
