AFE7769: AFE7769-EVM-Latte-Executing AFE77xx/bringup/devInit.py Error

Part Number: AFE7769

Hi WI Team:

I want to configuration AFE7769 in Latte.

a). I haved executed setup.py.No error appears

b) I'm executing devInit.py. Error appears. Couldn't load iGUI.

c). I'm executiing basicBringup.py. Error appears. SPI not working.

Why these error meaasge appears after executiing those script?

    This is expected because iGUI is not available for 7769. You can proceed.

    Can you please press AFE Reset button on the EVM and check again.

    Hi TI_Expert,

    I have pressed AFE Reset button on the EVM and check again. The error still exist. SPI not working.

    Hi Ms Zhou,

    Did you try pressing AFE Reset and bringing up the board? If you still see SPI not working, a component may be damaged on E2E. I observe that SPI does not recognize the chipId.. I can reproduce similar issue, press AFE reset and brinup the device.  Below snapshot is from my setup that shows chipID is recognized when started the bringup. 

    I will communicate internally for the replacement board.
