AFE7950-SP: the minimum Rx frequency

Tool/software:

The datasheet for AFE7950-SP says the minimum Rx frequency is 5 MHz. However, the non-hardened version of this part, AFE7950 has a min Rx frequency of 600 MHz? Does the space version (AFE7950-SP) indeed support 5 MHz? Thank you.

Both the AFE7950-SP and the AFE7950 can support an RX frequency down to 5 MHz.

Neither of them works below 600 MHz as far as Tx is concerned? Thanks for your help.

Hi,

Yes. Both AFE79050-SP and AFE7950 support TX RF output frequencies down to 600MHz only.
