I am trying to understand how to determine the sysRef frequency. I was looking for the spreadsheet mentioned in the AFE7900 datasheet. From a previous thread, it said to use the Latte tool, so I downloaded it. When I run the script I do not see the sysRef frequency. I do not have the AFE79xx EVM. I was also interested in the calculation, not just the result...so if you still have this spreadsheet, that would be useful.

As you have described the AFE79xx Latte GUI will report the max SYSREF frequency that is calculated. This is output in the log window when running a bring up script as you can see in the image below:
For the calculation, SYSREF is calculated for most devices following the power point below. However, for the AFE there will be another limitation on what the max SYSREF frequency can be, thus our recommendation is to use the SYSREF frequency that is calculated by latte.
