Hi Supantha,
You can ignore the black command window. Just to make sure we understand, you are saying that when you open the AFE79xx Latte GUI the black command window shows up and then it goes away?
Are you using the latest version of the AFE79xx Latte GUI V2.5?
Do you ever see the window below?
Best,
Camilo
No this GUI is not opening, only the command window is opening and then crashing. The software version is V2.5 and the system is Windows 11.
Hi Supantha,
Understood. We have been running the GUI in windows 11 without issues like the one you are describing.
I am assuming you have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but if you have not please try uninstalling, deleting the "Documents\Texas Instruments\AFE79xxLatte" folder and reinstalling.
If reinstalling did not help, could you try installing HSDCpro from the link below. HSDCpro and the AFE79xx Latte GUI share some packages, so it would be to see if you can install that without problem. Once you install HSDCpro, if you can open HSDC pro, could you try opening the AFE79xx GUI?
Best,
Camilo
