The simulation tool we use is ADS.

1. Should we need to add a separated component in front of RX AMI model?

2. If needed, what is the separated component?

Hi Avihay,

For the RX model you will need to add a termination like in the image below as per the readme.

And make sure to add the S parameters for anything that your signal passes through, including the S4P provided with the model.
