TRF372017: can't locked!CPout is about 3.2v?

Tool/software:

when I set the ICP register to {0x60100029,0x88A009CA,0x3158106B,0xCA04300C,0x8D23968D,0x9590100E,0xD041100F},the cpout pin voltage is about 3.23v.When I change the register to {0x63F00029,0x88A009CA,0x3158106B,0xCA04300C,0x8D23968D,0x9590100E,0xD041100F},the cpout pin voltage is 3.29v.

Here is the schematic and pcb,is there any problem?

fREF is 20MHz,fRF is 1575.42MHz.

Hello

I recommend you cross check your configuration of the TRF372017 setup by using the configuration generated in the GUI

download from the TRF373017 EVM GUI page

you may use the GUI in simulation mode and generate the configuration using your reference input and output

You can also cross check your schematic against the EVM schematic to see if there are misconfigured componenents.

I check my schematic again,it's same to the EVM.The configuraton is same to the GUI.But the CPOUT is still 3.2V!I have four channel of rfout using trf372017,they have the same problem!Is the chip has been broken?

Hi,

I would recommend that you go through the following section of the datasheet and check the calibration process. There must be some sort of hardware or software programming issue that causes all four channels to be incorrect.
