Thank you for your reply. I have seen the recommended footprint in the datasheet and the 0.55mm pads on the EVM.

My question is slightly different. I am asking for the pad size on the package so we can match it on the PCB. This is request coming to us from the manufacturing team.

If there is a dimension that you are looking for that is not there could you specify?

We are looking for the pad size on the package.

We know the recommended pad size for the PCB from the datasheet.

We would like to know if the pad size on the package matches the pad size for the PCB in the datasheet, or the pad size used in the EVM, or another pad size.

We would like the pad size on the package (the top of the ball) to match the pad size on the PCB (bottom of the ball).

If the pad on the top of the ball and the bottom of the ball have the same diameter it will adhere to the PCB better.

Can you tell me what the pad size is on the component package?

The recommended pad size on the datasheet is designed by the packaging mechanical engineers to give a manufacturable and reliable solder adhesion to the board.  Deviating from this is not recommended and could cause manufacturability or reliability issues.

I am asking the packaging folks, but since it is a holiday week it may not be until next week (Dec 2nd) that i get a reply.

Packaging highly recommends following the guidelines for the land pattern in the datasheet.  That being said, the pad size on the package is 0.6mm.
