I would like to use the S-parameters of the AFE7950 and TRF1208 to perform a simulation in ADS.
TI provides S-parameters for the TRF1208 with 2 to 4 ports, while the AFE7950 only provides 1-port S-parameters.
Could you provide me with a sample of how to create a model using these?
I am currently manufacturing and evaluating a circuit I designed.
I designed it to be optimized for a frequency characteristic of 9GHz, but there is a notch at 6.9GHz, and the characteristics are poor even at the intended frequency of 9GHz, so I would like to find the cause of this.
I would be grateful if you could give me any clues.
