Some packet loss should be expected in harsh environments. What is the packet error rate you are seeing?

Are you trying to communicate between different rooms or floors in a building?

Are you testing with the BOOSTXL-CC1120-90 or your own design? If you are testing with your own design have you verified with a spectrum analyzer that your design outputs 27 dBm and that the sensitivity is as expected for 4.8 kbps phy?

No packet is receving at the receiver end, I am communicating between two diffrent places in between some metal walls were there. I am testing with the our own custom design CC1120+CC1190 design

First step I recommend is to measure conducted output power and sensitivity.

Have you verified with a spectrum analyzer that your design outputs 27 dBm at the correct frequency and have you measured the sensitivity?

I don't have the spectrum anaylzer to check the transmission power is there any other possible way to check the transmission power, other than this is there any other way to improve the transmission and reception

You could evaluate the expected range for your design and PHY (for example with a basic line-of-sight test) using:

• RF Range Estimator: https://www.ti.com/tool/RF-RANGE-ESTIMATOR

• SWRA479 (Achieving Optimum Radio Range): https://www.ti.com/lit/swra479 - this provides guidance on using the above tool.

Besides this, we would recommend using SMA attenuators with a low-cost spectrum analyser such as the TinySA for basic conducted tests (this would of course be insufficient for production testing).
