There is information on this forum for how to terminate digital IO pins. However, what is the recommended termination for unused analogue TX and RX pins? Should we use 50ohm termination, ground or let them float?

Hi Richard,
The recommendation termination for the RX inputs and TX outputs is given in the datasheet, in "Table 5-1. Pin Functions RF Interfaces".
For unused RX and FB channels you can leave unconnected. For the TX outputs you can connect unused channels to 1.2V (VDD1P2TXOUT).
