TRF3705: Output and IP3 Drops at higher frequency

Hi TI Experts,

The test setup is DAC3482 + TRF3705. DAC outputs 100M 5GNR waveform, Agilent N5181 outputs feeds into TRF3705 as LO. TRF3705 Datasheet says IP3 and Output drops significantly over 3.5GHz and my test data tells the same thing. I also looked into TRF370417, but interfacing 0.25V DAC to 1.7V modulator may cost DC power. 

My application needs to work up to 6GHz/7.125GHz, I wonder if TI has any good solution? or, is there any schedule for TI to introduce a better modulator?

    HI TL,

        Currently TI does not offer any solution for 6GHz/7.125GHz. Unfortunately I donot have any schedule to offer here.

    One alternate option you can consider is multi-Nyquist DAC like DAC39RF10 which can generate 100M 5GNR waveform at desired band without a need for upconverter.
