AFE7900: Power Groups

Hi TI Team,

I’m looking for some clarification on the AFE7900 power supply groups. It seems like the groups in the datasheet don’t match those in the AFE79xx_Schematic_Layout_Checklist.xlsm. Plus, the slides from AFE Day regarding Power Design (downloaded from the AFE folder) show a different setup altogether.

Can someone help me figure out which configuration is the right one?

    Hi Markus,

    Each of the power groupings is supported by the AFE and has been verified for performance. Our recommendation is to follow the grouping on the AFE7900EVM, which should match the AFE Day Power Design document.
