LMX2824EPEVM: Programming PFD_SEL, PFD_DLY

The datasheet I have is preliminary, so I think it’s missing some info.

Table 7-2 indicates how to determine the PFD_DLY_SEL value based on MASH_ORDER and VCO frequency, but PFD_DLY_SEL doesn’t show up in the register map.

There’s an equation for PFD_DLY in Table 8-6: DLY = (PFD_DLY_SEL + 3)*4*VCO_cycle. I don’t see a definition for VCO_cycle, so I’m not sure how to calculate this value.
