Dear Customer support,
We are about to start a spinout on the development of a new device for patient treatment. The application would require a single transmitter and at least two receivers within a frequency range of 1-2GHz. The power levels are relatively small. Similar with regards to the instantaneous bandwidth with a maximum of less than 10MHz. For the application, we would need monitoring of the incident signal power at us/ms time scale.
I did a little research on the website and have found a number of chips within the AFE79xx range as suitable. However, this is a complex device and I'm wondering whether it would be possible to get some advice?
I'd be also interested to hear about the steps and time that such a development would take. Most probably the answer will depend greatly on the requirement but it would be great to have a starting point.
It is also due to the complexity that we'd require the services of an experience design house of professionals to enable the development. Any suggestions on where and how to start with the search?
