We are looking to evaluate the IQ modulator with its EVM. However all the ports are differential and we only have single ended sources for each (LO, I and Q). Please advise on how to work this out.
We are looking for low LO feedthrough and strong image rejection between 4 and 5GHz but the datasheet does speak about this band.

Please see the following datasheet plot for unadjusted LO and image rejection performance up to 4.8GHz. The TRF372017 is only rated for up to 4.8GHz. You can in theory operate at 5GHz but TI has not fully characterized or validated such range.
You may connect the LO output in the following fashion. You can connect only one leg of LO output to your end DUT. However, you will need to make sure both LO_OUT_P and LO_OUT_N see the same impedance. In another words, for the other un-used leg, you will need to have similar load as the used leg.
