Dear team,

I am using the LMK04832-SP  part and VCXO as Clk input.

I am using the DC coupled LVCMOS input as CLKIN,whether CLKinX* input should be directly connected to GND or through capacitor for DC Coupled input option.

    Referring to the above question,In datasheet for LMK04832-SP for LVCMOS DC coupled input below recommendation in given,whether CLKinX* input should be directly connected to GND or through capacitor for DC Coupled input option.

    Hi Venkat,

    Both the LVCMOS and Bipolar input options are internally AC-coupled, meaning that you can AC couple your unused input to GND (you could, in theory, DC couple it, but AC coupling it would reduce potential noise).

    Consult Figure 9-5 that you have attached above.
